    1. Nice:
Located between Mercantour National Park and the Mediterranean Ocean, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes here.  Shoppers will adore Old Town with its winding roads and boutique stores, while sunbathers can spend the day at Coco Beach.
Don’t enjoy lounging on sand when you can be moving and grooving? No worries. You can also snorkel, swim or dive from rocks into azure blue water. Top it off afterwards by sampling a variety of Nice wines located throughout the friendly and dynamic city. (Just don’t drink and dive!)

Other Sites to See in Nice include:
Castle Hill: Bike or walk along this energy charged promenade. You can find a bite to eat, check out street entertainers or simply grab a cup of coffee at a local café and people watch to your heart’s content.
Museum of Marc Chagall: Goodbye water colors and formal family portraits, hello modern art! Marc Chagall changed the history of painting with his explosive use of colors and whimsical imagery. A visit to the Museum of Marc Chagall is like taking a swim through a box of Crayola crayons. You’ll be inspired and energized from beginning to end.
The Matisse Museum: If you think Marc Chagall was color happy, you haven’t seen the Matisse Museum. Full of some of his most famous pieces, including Les Abeilles (1955) and Fleurs et Fruits (1952- 1953), this museum highlights some of this artist’s most famous work – much of it from his 37 years spent living in Nice.

    2. Antibes:
This seaside town has more than just fancy boats and water. After floating down this Mediterranean seaside village and checking out the yachts, wander through narrow streets to a beautiful beach. There you’ll find gorgeous views of the coast and mountains in the background.

Other Places to visit in Antibes includes:
Château Grimaldi: This magnificent estate was named after the Grimaldi family who were rulers in the town from the 1380’s to 1608. Its rooms are a testament to wealth and prestige and an excellent glimpse into the past.
Picasso Museum: See 23 paintings and 44 drawings of some of Picasso’s most famous work. He gave them to Nice after spending all of 1946 in a chateau. Collectors and art hounds will appreciate that these works are some of his most famous and vibrant.
Le Sentier du Littoral, Cap d’Antibes: If you were to hike anywhere in the Rivera, this is the place. With breathtaking views of crystal blue water and gorgeous snowcapped mountains in the distance, this hike has some of the prettiest scenery in the region and well worth a day trip. NOTE: Be prepared! Bring water, hiking shoes, a hat, lots of sunscreen and some bread, cheese and wine for a well-deserved refresher. (It’ll prove to be one of the most beautiful picnics you’ve ever had!)

This country  has the stunning credentials of being bordered by France on all 3 sides. Check out the yachts in the harbor and, while you’re at it, venture over to the Prince’s Palace and Fort Antoine. Of course, while you’re there, don’t forget to visit the Monaco Casino.
